The Tell-Tale Heart is a wonderful animated short film of 1953 based on Edgar Allan Poe short-story. The story told by a mad man has a dark visual with a perfect work of narration by James Mason. It is a UPA Production and was the first cartoon to be X-rated (adults only) in Great Britain under the British Board of Film Censors classification system. Really great - you have to see it. Today's is this blogger's birthday -- I have always been fond of the fact that I share my birthday with Roger Clemens and the late Queen Mother of England. Whenever I encounter an overly egotistical and troublesome prima donna in the profession of theater, I give a stern warning -- "Don't fuck with me, I have the same birthday as Roger Clemens and the Queen Mother!"
